Become a Smarter Marketer with Primer:
Small business owners and business professionals working at large companies share a common goal—they need to connect with customers. But keeping up with all the latest marketing strategies that are necessary to reach customers can be hard work, and less than 10% of adults devote a portion of their day to educating themselves. That could be about to change. On Tuesday Google announced the release of a new app. It’s called Primer and it’s designed to allow even the busiest of business executives to fit bite-sized lessons into their days.
Free Marketing Lesson on the Go
The new Primer app is available for android and apple devices alike and it’s free to download and use. According to the announcement on the Google and Your Business blog, Primer lessons provide up to date information about the “most useful marketing concepts” and are easy to complete whenever there are a few minutes to spare. So if you are waiting to enter a meeting, queuing for coffee or commuting by train, the next lesson is only a tap away.
Google plans on providing new lessons every week, each one will take no more than five minutes to complete, and the fact that they can be downloaded means the lessons can be completed anywhere—no Wi-Fi required. So if you thought there were not enough hours in the day to allow you to improve your marketing smarts, think again. You can find out more about Primer by reading the official announcement or visiting Google Play.
