Connect the Apps You Use, Automate Tasks, Get More out of Your Data:
Zapier is a versatile tool that can take much of the hard work out of running an online business, or working online, by providing users with an easy way to integrate their favorite web apps.
A Zapier Way of Working
There are so many web apps available today it is easy to take them for granted.
- Google Drive
The list goes on and on.
Zapier provides a means of quick and easy integration and allows users to select an event that occurs via one app and use it as a trigger mechanism, or “Zap“, to initiate a chosen action on another app.
What is a Zap?
In the case of Facebook for instance, Zapier users can choose to automate the process of adding favorited Twitter Tweets to their timeline, or using them to create a Facebook page post. Dropbox users can automatically create backup copies of uploaded files at OneDrive and then share them on Slack.
There are currently over 400 apps in the Zapier Library; so users are spoiled for choice when it comes to choosing the best ways to get more out of their favorite apps. With a great tool like Zapier easing their workloads, many online workers and “netpreneurs” will likely be able to find other, more profitable, uses for all that extra time.
